Creating a Zoom Link for poster session:

Go to: https://wesleyan.zoom.us/

Sign in with your Wesleyan credentials.

Select “Schedule” and then enter in the following information.

Last names A-Lu should have a start time of 1pm and last names Ly-Z should have a start time of 2pm.

Please be careful to have the security settings to match what we have below. That is, make sure you have no waiting room and do not require authentication to join.
