- Import/load the CPS data set.
- Suppose you want to test whether number of years experience is significantly associated with wages earned per hour. During your last assignment, you found a sample correlation coefficient of r=0.09 and found that it was significantly different from 0. This indicated that there was a significant relationship between experience and wages.
- Construct a plot to determine whether gender appears to moderate the relationship between experience and wages earned per hour. Answer Questions 1 and 2 below.
- Run a test to determine whether experience is associated with wages for males and females separately. Answer Question 3 below.
- Now suppose you want to test whether gender is significantly associated with job satisfaction. Implement the appropriate statistical test and answer Question 4 below.
- Determine whether race moderates the relationship between gender and job satisfaction. Answer Questions 5 and 6 below.
